What is your pricing?
1 cat $60, 2 cats $75, 3 cats $90, 4 cats $100
Are there blackout dates?
Yes, there are a few blackout dates where discounts won’t apply.
Do you have check in and check out times?
Yes, check in and check out is anywhere between 9am and 4pm. If you need something beyond those times, please ask. Check outs after 4pm may include an additional fee.
Will my cat have his or her own room?
We put one cat family into a room at a time, if there are any changes to this it will be discussed and agreed upon at booking.
Do you have discounts for lengthier stays?
Yes! 8 nights 5%, 14 nights+ 10% and 30 nights+ 15%
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! If you refer someone and they book, you will get a free night on your next booking.
Do you charge extra for medication?
We do, it’s $5 per day for oral medication. There is no charge for medication mixed into food. Unfortunately we do not administer shots at this time.
Are there any additional charges?
We charge another $5 a day for cats requiring raw food diets.
How much interaction time a day do the cats in your care receive?
Hours. Litter is scooped 2x a day. There is always time at meals to sit with the cats and make sure they’re eating, happy etc. Throughout the day there are pop-ins for brushing, playing or just hanging out, depending on what each cat wants. We also do a turn down service late night between 8pm-11pm depending. This time may include playing, late meal (if required), treats (if allowed) or just lap time before the lights go out for the evening.
How will I know how my cat is doing while I'm away?
We send daily videos and photos so you can see what’s going on and how much fun they’re having on their vacation.
